DELIVERY & REFUND
Delivery
We offer free delivery with all areas of Mainland UK, Scotlands islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. All items are packaged in our bespoke eco-friendly boxes that bear the QuayStones logo and are supplied with jewellery care instructions. We send our products using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service for domestic deliveries and international track and trace services to overseas customers. Due to current product regulations we are unable to supply jewellery to Northern Irelands or European Union (EU) countries at this time. Please be aware that international customers may have to pay import duties and customs fees
If the jewellery you have ordered is in stock, goods will be dispatched within 7 days once funds have cleared. If items are not in stock then you can pre-order or wait for an email to notify you when the items are back in stock. Delivery of pre-order gold plated items is up to 6-8 weeks to allow for manufacture, assay and finishes. Bespoke items may take longer, but you will be advised when discussing your design.
Returns / Refund
We operate a 14 day returns policy. Under our 14 day money back guarantee you may return any product, with the exception of bespoke items, that you are not completely satisfied with providing it has not been worn and remains in its original packaging. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. Faulty products are not subject to this condition, they will be repaired/replaced within 60 days of receipt, as long as there is no evidence of neglect of reasonable care (see Product Care). QuayStones will not accept any responsibility or liability for any transit damage that may occur on any product that you have returned to us whether for replacement or return. We strongly suggest that you make sure that you use sufficient packaging to protect your returns and insure against damage before returning any product.

Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your order please email your request to quaystonesberwick@icloud.com within 24hrs of receipt of the order confirmation email. As long as the item is part of our standard range, is not bespoke or you have not been notified that your order has already been despatched the order may be cancelled. It is not possible to cancel orders after 24hrs as we will already have started to craft your item.
